Door fiddleybits, Oli style
[previous] [next]

photo taken by oli
this is a good example of what i call 'getting to the frilly bits.' the bottom line is that the house is approaching habitability and the closer we get, the more it matters what stuff looks like. which is bad if you are like me or oli and are more interested in moving one big piece of wood a bit closer to another big piece of wood. dan is better than us at the frilly bits. thats all i'm saying.
After a whole day of frustration, I finally got the step for the back door built so that I was happy with it. Unfortunately I then went and painted it a horrible orange colour before Dan could point out that it would be seen even after the floor was installed.

Somehow I still think that's Dan's fault.
dude!

you and oli go move your "big wood" closer to one another and leave me out of the homosexual metaphor!
